If you took the experts opinion on when the recession stated it was 2007 or 2008. Who controled spending at that time, Dems. in the house and senate.

Everyone seems to ignore the fact that CLINTON was president for 8 years and he opened up the construction market, and Karl Rove needs to give us a report on the Clinton administration and what the Bush administration inherited from the democrats!! They need to quit blaming BUSH.
